Black Canvas Lyrics by Accent

0

I don’t even see no stars
A black canvas for graffiti thoughts
I’ma need some chalk
So I can leave my mark
On the world…

My black canvas’s portrait attached a handprint that
Overlapped it with random rhetoric in rapper languages
That vast pamphlets absorbent I scratched tangents for
No one’s class to answer before math on their campuses
The last exam of the morning I lapsed vanishing
During, enacting fantasies forming imagined planets drift
Orange clashed with mandarin storminess fastly spanning then
Forging when tanner tangerine torrents had crafted canyon’s depths
Of coriander granite then pouring a saffron sandy-esque
Soil on the flattened landing that coursed through the cracks which ran through it
I fathomed fancier forests when acid amber blend-
-ed ashed salmon pink, brass, coral and a dash of amethyst
Jasmine languidness gave mangos tint when they’d hang on limbs
By where the manta swims enchanting men with its chance ascend
Soreness, a spasmic pang and twinge endorses my sagging gangly head’s
Horror, I haven’t handled this nor will I pass the blankest test…

I don’t even see no stars
A black canvas for graffiti thoughts
I’ma need some chalk
So I can leave my mark
On the world…

My charred cloths were carved off of large whorls
And are secured on drawing boards where marks form
My water source is a jar or gourd for laundering oils
I bought for four dollars or more at the art store
Afar lorn’s a ball supporting our worlds
From starkness born is the hard warmth of that sparkling orb
A tarry solvent of dark azure on my parcel’s poured
And partially swirled to garner ardent orchid from scarlet procured
While imparting thoughts of cathartic cost to the garb that’s taut
Where Mars is saw amongst an army chalked in frosted arctic gloss
Bark bronze and barley browns in its carpeting sauce
Are hardly lost against a parsley moss and the quartz of ours
Warped across the harsh beyond in the sparsest cos-
-mic albatross are the marble rocks of a harmful wash
I sharpen my posture and argue softening its harsh facade
That quarrel’s lost so I toss my tarp, sorry, au revoir
