[Intro]
It's the Don Of Da Bizness
[Chorus]
When debating who’s the greatest you know the bar is always on me (It’s always on me)
You either stand out or stand down if success is what it’s gon’ be
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Aiming for heights nobody could measure
I’ve been perfecting this art till ain’t nobody better
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Through my music I wanna live forever
Immortality is reserved only for the legends
(It’s what makes me a legend)
[Verse 1]
Feels like I’m in the Matrix
My virtual reality programmed to interact with the greatest
The A-list entertainers all part on my amazing creation
The same ninjas I used to bump on my playlist
Which only goes to show, skill is contagious
Fusion of lyricism and a demeanor worth appraising
I’m aiming for Jay’s position soon as it’s vacant
Raking traction that oughta make me much bigger than Sway is
So bare with me; for the sake of debating
The way the labels are making the 808’s a sensation
But when it make you impatient to wait n’ changing the station
That’s when you realize the entire game is in danger
Ain’t no way I’mma take it; I break away from spectators
Who stay the same n’ embrace it n’ way too patient to make it
It’s safe to say I’m the greatest, your favorite Ace has awakened
From day to day I display what this generation’s afraid of
Bars, rhyme schemes, double…triple entendres
“Always be the best in the room”, this is the mantra
Overthinker, I ain’t gotta take a piff of the ganja
So this ain’t a fight you wanna pick with a monster
[Chorus]
When debating who’s the greatest you know the bar is always on me (It’s always on me)
You either stand out or stand down if success is what it’s gon’ be
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Aiming for heights nobody could measure
I’ve been perfecting this art till ain’t nobody better
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Through my music I wanna live forever
Immortality is reserved only for the legends
(It’s what makes me a legend)
[Verse 2]
Seven years, nothing has changed; I’m still the hottest artist
Reviving the game after y’all let it die, not as promised
A quick scan through Amazon, Deezer, Spotify; it
Still amazes me talentless rappers come this far this barless
Honestly guys, y’all intentionally stopping progress
Everyone dumbing down for closure, I got this hard regardless
I been at par with my own lane, since Martha got her charges dropped
I’m polished, my flow crazy like I’m retarded
I don’t think you can manage or handle a character bad as a starving artist
Y’all are targets with the brawls I’m causing
Word to Royce, I throw a rock at a star no problem
Word to my mom I got ‘em, now I’m balling from top to bottom
So you think you hype cus’ of a lil’ recognition?
Always ready to spaz if y’all wanna get to dissing
It’s best you listen, or ask Kronos how to get this wisdom
I’m light years ahead of my time; Interstellar spitting
Everybody know my Bar game nice
In this Mumble Rap era, I made this dark age bright, you know
I walked off the set n’ came back more aggressive
N’ I ain’t ready to have a heart ache twice, you know
[Chorus]
When debating who’s the greatest you know the bar is always on me (It’s always on me)
You either stand out or stand down if success is what it’s gon’ be
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Aiming for heights nobody could measure
I’ve been perfecting this art till ain’t nobody better
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Through my music I wanna live forever
Immortality is reserved only for the legends
(It’s what makes me a legend)
[Verse 3]
Follow the scheme, I’m about to start a regime
My impact forever made me a part of this scene
Every endeavor starts with a dream that’s hard to believe
Now I’m the lead lyricist outta this part of the scene (that’s Kenya)
All I do is win, it’s some kinda disease
I’m hogging the lead, n’ conjuring these commas with ease
Coming up with these bars is a breeze
The last of a dying breed, n’ skill is my marketing scheme (that’s clever)
Never been one to swallow defeat
I was on fire, now I’m up a hotter degree
N’ honestly speaking, all to make my future daughter a queen
No other lyrical killer would hop on this beat (I’m better)
It’s all for the CREAM, having a ball with the team
N’ all of this means, everyone’s gonna have a problem with me
I rock with the G’s, bar for bar with the schemes
I’m nice, I guarantee nobody goes harder than me (never)
Like tryina get Connor McGregor to calm under pressure
I’m designed to defy your lies n’ deception
I raise a bar then raise the bar, hot as ’05 Carmen Electra
Till my name pops up when you’re defining a Legend
[Chorus]
When debating who’s the greatest you know the bar is always on me (It’s always on me)
You either stand out or stand down if success is what it’s gon’ be
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Aiming for heights nobody could measure
I’ve been perfecting this art till ain’t nobody better
(It’s what makes me a legend)
Through my music I wanna live forever
Immortality is reserved only for the legends
(It’s what makes me a legend)
[Outro]
When debating who’s the greatest you know the bar is always on me
You either stand out or stand down if success is what it’s gon’ be
Aiming for heights nobody could measure
I’ve been perfecting this art till ain’t nobody better
(Legend)
Through my music I wanna live forever
Immortality is reserved only for the legends
(It’s what makes me a legend)
