Make A Change Lyrics by A.Generation

2018

[Hook 1: Sari Mercy]
Look through heavens lens
There’s an urgency on earth for humanity to mend
The moment to make a change
Is here & now & needed like all men need oxygen
[Verse 1: A.Generation]
[Verse 2: E.R.I.C.K.]
Violence, brutality piling, stack up in the sky and
So high that, you don't want to climb it
Change, get out the way, there's another riot rising
Always happens, every now and then
(every now and then) yup, politics
Yet I don't see no one doing nothing about it
No one trying, what we waiting for?
Kid dying? Massive bombing?
Every single morning when you wake up take a look at the news, you can see someone new, that just dead from a shot
Shoot! I think I knew that kid too..
Many people confused thinking that they're cool
Cause they just got some views
Now they walk around with a huge attitude
Social media, made it on wikipedia
Yeah, maybe then they'll hear of ya
Gotta realize, More to life then this
Before your life exit
Call it quit, hit the pit
And what's the point of living life if you ain't even living it?
Going looney, kinda moody in a movement
Think it's groovy, but its spooky
Like a movie with no happy ending too it. Ahh!!
[Hook 2: Sari Mercy]
Look through heavens lens
There’s an urgency on earth for humanity to mend
The moment to make a change
Is here & now & needed like all men need oxygen”
[Verse 3: A.Generation]
[Hook 3: Sari Mercy]
I’ve come to realize
We're living dangerous times
Cause modern trends keep feeding us lies
And twist what’s good to bad in our eyes
Everyone wants fame, but no suffering
Cuz they can’t afford, they can’t afford
The price to change something, Yeah
Love for life’s foreign
We keep killing lives in vain
But we’re alive, so come alive
And start to make a change”
[Verse 4: A.Generation]
[Outro: Sari Mercy]
Start to make a change
Oh
Start to make a change
