Guidance (Walk With The Father) Lyrics by AMIR. (Artist)

2021

[1st Verse: AMIR.]
Everywhere I go
I let them know
You could kill my body, but God protect my soul
All them wanna be friends now that I known
She wanna be my Bonnie now but not before
See I pray for guidance when I walk this road
I work in silence, cause I in my zone
God plant a seed now just watch me grow
Used to hate on me now them like my flow
[Hook]
That's why I walk with the Father
Stay far away from the drama
A lotta people wanna see me fall
So them spreading propaganda
When I feel lost I call God for de answer
Every time I call Him, He answers
Stay far away from the drama
[2nd Verse: D.O.E Jay]
Whеn I rise in the morning
I lift my eyеs to the hills from whence cometh my help
Cause in this crazy crazy crazy time that we live
I know I can’t make it by myself
I know I am selfish and only say “Dear God...”
In times of need
But trust and believe
Thought how it may seem
I’m thankful for all that you’re doing for me
When the pastures were green
And even when grey
The Shepherd above make sure I nah go stray
Many good ones gone and evil ah stay
But I’m thankful I’m able to fight another day
[Chorus: D.O.E Jay & AMIR.]
Just walk with the father
I stay far away from the drama
A lot of people wanna see me fall
So them spreading propaganda
If I feel lost I call God for the answer
Every time I call Him he answers
Stay far away from the drama
[3rd Verse: AMIR.]
Some people stay fake and they think it's funny
Some people so poor all they have is money (yeah)
Only in my life when it looking sunny
Can't be in my hive and not making honey
People say dem working hard
But hardly working
Couldn't sit at your desk
Now tables turning
I stay observing
The haters lurking
God say I'm learning
Just stay determined
And everybody wanna see we losing
Nobody really wanna see we moving up
With every breath that I'm getting
I give thanks for every blessing
With the rate I go
I let them know
You could kill my body
But God protect my soul
And on life's road
I might not know
Which way to go
(Which way to go)
[Hook]
That's why I walk with the Father
Stay far away from the drama
A lotta people wanna see me fall
So them spreading propaganda
If I feel lost I call God for de answer
Every time I call Him, He answers
Stay far away from the drama
Walk with the Father
[Outro: AMIR.]
(Melodies)
A lot of people wanna see me fall
So them spreading propaganda
If I feel lost I call God for the answer
Every time I call Him, He answers
Stay far away from the drama
Walk with the father
(Melodies)
Just walk with the Father
