Scheming Lyrics by Ashton mallory

Off The Record

2023

[Verse 1:]
Dreaming and scheming and plotting
Who's on top? I see y'all must have forgotten
Forgot the bigger I drew and then you cropped it
Trying to put me inside a box that says "Compton"
Common, sense should have told you that I'm not in
Anybody's lane thats insane, no robbing
No gold chains, balmains, no islands
No large boats, 'cause Im broke but Im smiling
Hope everybody's woke, nope cause you whiling
Saying you calling shots, you really drunk dialing
No cuticles, we not up in cubicles paper filing
Usual, you should google somebody good at tiling
Flow too clean, way way too clean
Take an L 'cause I elbow getting to green
They stuck like Velcro when I pull up on the scene
He was even getting cream back when he was 17
All I ever thought about was getting to the buckets
Thought about scoring, getting to the duckets
Now I rock a bucket, the glizzy I got to tuck it
And the world so cold got a n***a like fuck it
Now they want to suck it
'Cause I be on my shit nowadays
And I ain't even got to ask to hit nowadays
They give it up, they know a n***a lit nowadays
And I really think you n****s should quit nowadays for real
[Hook: Ashton Mallory & DNA]
I be dreaming, and scheming, and plotting
(DSP N***a) x2
[Verse 2:]
I'm a, lyrical weapon I’m 'bout to teach you a lesson
I’m spitting a Smith & Wesson, not missing what I’m addressing
Listen I need a minute, a second, maybe a session
I got a lot on my plate they be dishing maybe I'm stressing
Lyrically I’m a blessing so I don’t need to compete and I’m never playing or messing whenever I see the beat
Attack, making 'em fall back and retreat
Give a little slack I don't need flack from the heat like Dwayne
Honestly I been going insane with the drive
When I drive I honestly switch lanes
Thoughts off track it’s obvi I switch trains
I think I need a lobotomy somebody switch brains
I feel it in my veins, maybe I can make it work
Maybe I can play it cool, maybe I can fake a smirk
Maybe I should take a break or break a rake and go berserk
Maybe I should play it safe
N****s got me on alert
Shake the fake, shake the earth
Wake n bake, baking first
Baking like I’m making cake
Make it fit inside her purse
Take it try to make it shake
No way you could make it worse
And they say how you make a hit and you don’t hardly ever curse
Not the perfect person but personally I’m working
You be on the web surfing I be at the crib searching for myself
Merching for myself, it was urgent when I had to start emerging for myself
Now I’m splurging
[Hook:]
