Out Dear Lyrics by At Peace

@Peace and the Plutonian Noise Symphony

2014

[Human]
Looking up at the stars, wondering why I'm here
Wondering if I scream loud enough someone might hear
Anybody out there? I don't know?
Hello, anyone listening?
Well I guess you don't speak English, huh
How very imperialistic of me
That's just a stupid way
That we communicate
Cause we don't know how to use our brain
To send our thoughts through a space
But I learnt to do the same
Kinda thing by using face frequencies
Let's speak bout reverberating through a wave
Like this...
[Higher Being]
Well I wonder if you hear what I hear in my ears
I wonder if the life there is anything like the life here
Would you either survive here on this sphere with this air
In this water and disorder, and all of this despair
And this ? that we ? with that life to bring that life
Were just survivors that gunna eat till there ain't nothing left
Like we killers cause we enjoy it
Like we builders to destroy it
What's the point of making a voyage
To a planet that's devoid of any -
[Human]
- Real civilization
If I was you I'd turn around
Plus by the time you get here
We'd probably woulda burned it down
We'd probably woulda blown it up
Over some war about some oil
Turmoil for some soil
Burning rubber til we boil
Like we trying send smoke signals into space like
We ain't got nothing better to do and if a ? like
Like we nothing but
Just a bunch of living dust
If there's anybody out there they don't wanna visit us
[Hook]
It's just another day spinning round the sun
Watching time run till another days done
As I'm looking up at these stars I'm under
I wonder
Is there anyone
Out Dear (x4)
[Advanced Being]
This planet seems to be alive and in it's early stages
In such a critical time, I wonder if they'll make it
I remember that transition was the hardest to get over
The beginnings of our unified planetary culture
Everywhere we go there are traces of dead civilizations
Of radiated atmospheres from nuclear terminations
Such a waste I hope that they evaluate their situation
Come to the realization that destruction follows hatred
It's fascinating I can't help but wonder if they're aware
Just how amazing it is to contain life upon this sphere
If only they had the chance to see
What we see from up here
Maybe they would gain some perspective
Maybe then they would care
I don't know though
These types of creatures are always unpredictable
Limitless potential
But tend to think that they're invincible
Visible when you look at their unsustainable antics
Seems only logical not to go wreak havoc on your planet
I'm so glad that we got past this
Now we travel the stars
In search of civilizations that are more advanced than ours
I think we'll continue on
To another constellation
Come back in a hundred of their years
And see if they have made it
I really hope that they do it
It'd be such a shame to waste
Something of this beauty makes the blackness less of an empty space
I guess we'll wait and see what happens
I only hope they succeed
So we can finally send the message
That we come in peace
[Hook]
It's just another day spinning round the sun
Watching time run till another days done
As I'm looking up at these stars I'm under
I wonder
Is there anyone
