Lets Go on a Trip Lyrics by Black Polish

Out of Place EP

2021

[Verse 1]
We float above the ground
And I'm scared of coming down
So I guess it's love we imitate
And I'm letting the whispers take your place
[Chorus]
So when I fall asleep
And see you in my dreams
Will you follow me?
Will you follow me?
And when I lie awake
And think of all these things
Will you follow me?
Will you follow me?
'Cause I don't wanna be here
[Verse 2]
The little things you do surprise me
Makes me think that it's likely
That we could be better through it all
Too many sounds are stuck in my head
But then I try to rеach for your hand
Instantly you go and stop it all
[Chorus]
So when I fall asleep
And see you in my dreams
Will you follow me?
Will you follow mе?
And when I lie awake
And think of all these things
Will you follow me?
Will you follow me?
'Cause I don't wanna be here
[Outro]
Let's go right now
And we can figure out
I need some help
Let's go
My eyes, they lie
But I can't trust my mind
I think I'm gone
I'm gone
Let's go right now
And we can figure out
I need some help
Let's go
My eyes, they lie
But I can't trust my mind
I think I'm gone
I'm gone
