We'll start off with two bricks of cheese
Each onе of them's a pound a piece (kilo)
Thе pre-shredded has white film on it (nah, nah)
And it's harder to melt down than these
Monterey Jack, it costed a fee
So let's stack up the cheddar, indeed
The Cash Rules Everything Around Me
We'll use this later to make the C.R.E.A.M
Next we, need to take a brick and shred it
Shred it, grind up the edges, You've got to press it
Move with that cheese like you're flexin'
Make sure there's a bowl to catch it (collect it)
Heat up a pot when it's ready
Use two tablespoons butter and toss it in gently
Instead of butter, it can be
Two tablespoons of bacon fat
That's how good that it can be (Ouh)
When it's melted through
Get two tablespoons, of all purpose flour
Don't pour it all, just a little bit, cook it through
So it won't taste like glue
Repeat this process, you
Just pour it in bit-by-bit, mixing and cook it
For about a minute or two (Unh)
That's enough, we need other stuff
Get one cup, of some milk for us
Now we pour it up, whisk it up
Heat low medium, Get a handful of
Sharp cheddar, whisk it melt it up
Three-fourths of the block, melt it up

Fill it with 4 to 6 quarts
Of water and bring it to a boil
Then all the pasta you pour
Cook seven minutes no more
Al Dente's the reason for it
Gotta run cold water over it
The oven will do the rest for us
Get the sauce to this consistency
Melt a handful of Monterey cheese
Put in your favorite seasoning
Mix it in for the flavor you see
Next get a baking pan please
Coat it with butter or grease
This is a nonstick with ease
Pour in noodles carefully
Pour the cream and mix it up
Take most of the cheese and sprinkle it up
Leave just a little, yeah that is enough
Aluminum foil and cover it up
Preheat the oven 350, what's up?
Once it is ready, you slide it in the
Oven and cook it for 30 minutes, Once it is done
You gotta take it out like you're supposed to
Take the lid off it's roasted
But we ain't done yet and you know this
Sprinkle rest of the cheese all over it, Oven-roast it
15 minutes 'til you notice, how that thing comes out so golden
Now my stomach's about to be swollen
