Julius Caesar essay Lyrics by Brenden lewis

0

In the story " The Tragedy of Julius Caesar," Brutus is a person with strong political beliefs who makes good choices, but can be rhetorical.

Brutus is a person who loved the people of Rome and would do anything for them. "Not that I love Caesar less but that I love Rome more" (document A). This shows that Brutus does care for Caesar. But he loves the people more. Brutus was the one who held to those ideals (Document A). Brutus thinks Caesar's a good leader but taking it the wrong way. Brutus did want Rome to be a democracy. Brutus made all his political decisions for the better of Rome.

Brutus's had to make the choices he made Caesar was gaining too much power. With sincere intentions the great Caesar had gained a position of absolute authority (Document A). Brutus killed Caesar because he was gaining too much of the wrong power. Brutus stopped him before it got worse. Brutus sacrificed his friend and benefactor to what he believed was the cost of liberty (Document A). This proves Brutus had made hard choices even though Caesar was his good friend. I believe Brutus made the right decisions to protect Rome from a wild leader.

This proves that Brutus's personal and political values caused him to keep a good mind for the people of Rome.Although he knows Cesar was murdered he knows that it was for the best of Rome and makes his death honorable.
