Taking Back the Land (Jericho) Lyrics by Brighton (US)

Portrait of a Spirit

0

We're putting on the armor
Gearing up for war
We're crossing the Jordan
As the ark goes before
We'll be walking on dry land
Victory is sure
Delivered from bondage
And we're taking now what's ours
Taking back the land of promise
Guided by the hand that calls us
Tearing down the walls of darkness
Jericho
He's pullin' down the strongholds
Imprisoning the mind
He's cuttin' back the scars of time
That held this heart of mine
Taking back the land of promise
Guided by the hand that calls us
Tearing down the walls of darkness
Jericho
Taking back the land of promise
Guided by the hand that calls us
Tearing down the walls of darkness
Jericho
And the wall, and the wall will fall
And the wall, and the wall will fall
And the wall, and the wall will fall
And the wall, and the wall will fall
Taking back the land of promise
Guided by the hand that calls us
Tearing down the walls of darkness
Jericho
Oh, taking back the land of promise
Guided by the hand that calls us
Tearing down the walls of darkness
Jericho
(Taking back the land)
We're taking, we're taking
We're taking back the land
(Guided by the hand)
We're taking, we're taking
We'll take His mighty land
(Tearing down the walls of darkness)
We're taking, we're taking
We're taking down Jericho, whoa...
