Searchin’ (Silk’s Fusion Mix) Lyrics by CeCe Peniston

Thought ’Ya Knew

1994

Here I come, there I go
I'll keep on searchin' around
Lookin' here, lookin' there
Tell me where love can be found
CHORUS:
I'll be searchin'
Searchin' for a love to call my own
I'll be searchin'
Cause I don't wanna have to be alone
Where to go, I don't know
I'm going out of my mind
I know it's there, there somewhere
True love is oh so hard to find
CHORUS
I just won't stop searchin'
And I'll be prayin'
Help me from up above
I'll just keep on workin'
Cause ain't no playin'
Until I find my love
CHORUS
VAMP:
I don't wanna be alone, baby
I don't wanna be alone, no
I don't wanna be alone, baby
I don't wanna be alone, no
