(Everybody’s Waitin’ For) The Man With The Bag Lyrics by Darren Criss

A Very Darren Crissmas (Deluxe)

2021

[Intro: Darren Criss, Adam Lambert]
Hey, what's up Adam, Merry Christmas, man, how you doin'?
Oh, hey, Darren, I'm alright
You're alright? Just alright? Whaddya mean alright?
I just don't know how much longer I can wait
Oh, tell me about it, man
Everybody's waitin'
Hey, if it makes you feel any better…
[Verse: Darren Criss, Adam Lambert]
Oh, Mister Kringle, he's soon gonna jingle
The bells that'll tingle all your troubles away
Everybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
'Cause Christmas is comin' again
He's gotta sleighful that's not gonna stay full
He's got stuff to drop at every stop of the way
Everybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
'Cause Christmas is coming again
[Chorus: Darren Criss, Adam Lambert, Both]
He'll be here
With the answers to the prayers
That you made through the year
You'll get yours
If you've done everything you should
Extra-special good
He'll make this December the one you'll remember
The best and the merriest you ever did have
Everybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
'Cause Christmas is here again
[Bridge: Darren Criss]
Oh, here we go
[Verse: Adam Lambert, Darren Criss, Both]
Oh, Mister Kringle he's soon gonna jingle
The bells that'll tingle all your troubles away
Everybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
'Cause Christmas is here again (Christmas is here!)
Oh, he's gotta sleighful that's not gonna stay full
He's got stuff to drop at every stop of the way
Everybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
'Cause Christmas is here again
[Chorus: Both, Darren Criss, Adam Lambert]
He'll be here
With the answers to the prayers
That you made through the year
You'll get yours
If you've done everything you should
Extra-special good
He'll make this December the one you'll remember
The best and the merriest you ever did have
Everybody's waitin'
Oh, they're all congregatin'
Everybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
[Outro: Darren Criss & Adam Lambert]
Everybody's waitin' for the man with the bag
