Numb, Pt. 1 Lyrics by Dev The Follower

LOST

2017

[verse 1]
Yeah, I’m sippin’ on this pomegranate
Got a counter top, you know it’s made out of marble & granite
Sitting at the bar and they cannot stand it
Doubting on my life like I haven’t already planned it
In this game, I ain’t had nothing handed
All these rappers had carries before they fucking ran it
But everybody on my team got handles
Whether it’s Bourbon or making moves, change the channel
I’m spitting fire, write while burning candles
Walk on waves like I’m wearing Jesus’ sandals
Industry controls ‘cause they using hand puppets
But they’ll know I ride a Beamer when I hit the panic button
And you know I ain’t no cheap homie
Even in the summer, I am chillin’ in a fleece, homie
And I don’t know why haters get police on me
Even if you cuff me, you cannot disarm me
When my parents hear this they will probably disown me
Until I say, “Look, there’s diamonds on my wrist, mommy”
I passed the wave, yeah, I’m riding on a tsunami
Money coming quick, you’d think I am Illuminati
Fuck these rappers poppin’ Xans, turning to a zombie
They talkin’ shit? I’ll cook ‘em, leave ‘em on the street sloppy
At the end of the day, you cannot stop me
I’m a one of a kind, you can’t make a copy
