Reminisce Lyrics by Dijellza Ajdini

2018

(Verse 1)
You were once my happiness yeah I reminisce. Remember the times you said you were scared and I said I was too. We were young what did we have to loose, you stole my heart and gave it back with a bruise. But now i'm so damn confused
(Chorus)
Finally have the memories I wanna keep. But it’s hard because you're gonna be in my dreams, you told me stay woke don't sleep. Thought I was alone thought no else felt the pain, I’m always gonna reminisce over you. Its nothing new. At the same time I need you but I know I need something new
Don't ever tell me what to do because all you ever did was not tell the truth. I never should've gaven you 7 chances to keep when all you ever did was lie to me
But it turns out I needed the truth
(Verse 2)
You said "alright, I trust enough to tell me if there's anything wrong" but that was a lie
But at least have the memory's I keep at night when you used to hold me tight, I still remember the lonely nights, you wanted to hold me one last time
You wanted me all along, but it's kinda funny, but I wrote this song. I reminisce all about you all night until I hold you tight
(Ending)
We both were down on our knees you tried to say it all me. But that the problem you never went easy. I hated when you said you cared because in the end that disappeared
