DON SANTO 37: A Thank You Note to Team Santo Lyrics by DON SANTO

DON SANTO LIBRARY

2023

Dear #TeamSanto,
On my birthday, I reflect on the blessings and lessons of the past year. I am grateful for your support and encouragement that have helped me through both triumphs and challenges. As I continue on my journey, I am reminded that the passage of time is a precious gift and that each season brings new opportunities for growth and discovery. Let us embrace each moment with gratitude and joy, knowing that the greatest gain may come from what we lose.
To everyone who has contributed to my journey, whether it be my family, friends, Klassikans, mentors, colleagues, or acquaintances, I want to say thank you. I am who I am because of the love, support, and guidance that I have received from them.
To my family, thank you for the unconditional love, care, and support that you have given me. My parents (Eric Ariada and Amina Wangara), siblings (Farid, Rachael, Ferdinand, Brian, Gloria and your, our families), my daughters (Laisha, Dahlia and those I have not met) and the extended Kokonya and Wangara family have been there for me through thick and thin, and have helped shape me into the person that I am today.
To my many friends, thank you for being a constant source of laughter, joy, and support. We have shared memories, laughter, and tears together, and have provided a support system that has been invaluable.
To Klassikans, thank you for supporting Kalpop music and the Klassik Nation artists, including myself. Your streams, downloads, shares, feedback, critiques, and overall support have been instrumental in helping me to grow as an artist and producer and pursue my dreams. I am grateful for your continued support and encouragement, and I hope to make music that will bring joy and inspiration to your lives. Thank you so much, and may the blessings of Almighty be with you always.
To my mentors, thank you for sharing your knowledge, wisdom, and guidance. You have inspired me to achieve great things, and have played a crucial role in my personal and professional development.
To my colleagues, thank you for being a part of my professional journey. We have collaborated, shared knowledge, and worked together towards common goals, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
To all those who have crossed paths with the DON SANTO, Don of dons, Badman Killa, African Lion or simply Wanzala, thank you for contributing to my life journey. Whether it be in small ways or big, each of you have played a role in making DON SANTO the person he is today.
Lastly, to myself, I thank me for being me. My hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have not gone unnoticed. I know I am an inspiration to many, and I am honored and grateful to the Almighty for the opportunity to live.
Thank you for being a part of my journey and happy World Klassik Day (April 13).
Love,
DON SANTO 🦁
