I’d walk a thousand miles just to prove that I could do it

We all have our own demons that we deal with at night
We’re all just tryna stay alive and go through the fight
So anything I take, know I ain’t taking it light
I’m a train movin’ along and my vision is tunnel
I’m comin’ up from the dirt like I was holdin’ a shovel
Movin’ up quick with no huddle
I’m tired of bein’ stuck in a bubble
I’ll rise up outta the ashes and push away all the rubble
I’ll stay in my own lane, I don’t need any trouble
This stage is bigger than I thought like I’m knee deep in a puddle
And now I’m startin’ to wonder, what is the point of this all
Here comes the rain and the thunder, I won’t avoid it at all
Stand up for yourself, and whatever you do believe in it
When you set a goal make sure that you plan on achievin’ it
I locked myself into this game and there’s no way I’m leavin’ it
I’m doing what I love, I gotta a vision, and I’m seein’ it
I gotta dream, I plan on seein’ it through
I ain’t gotta team, but I hate seein’ me lose
So I’ma fight for everything, what else is there to do?
Just keep on believin’ there’s no one better than you
You just gotta work and put in time, cross the line
And say that every single day is mine, today I’m feelin’ fine
And there can’t be a way to stop me I just pray that I can shine
If there’s a way, I know I’ll find it, and I don’t need any sign
I go through this myself, I don’t need nobody else
All of these late nights ain’t really that bad for my health
When you think about the end goal, divin’ to the end zone
Touchin’ down and knowin’ you would make it cause you said so
You gotta do everything, so can get ahead though
Ask yourself the reason that you are goin’ to bed for
Stayin’ up late, well that’s just part of the grind
You can’t ever be wastin’ your valuable time
‘Cause one day it’ll catch up, you need some time to mess up
Learn from your mistakes, go full-speed, and never let-up
This is just the mindset, I need to get my mind set
I haven’t even seen what it truly means to grind yet
This is just the start, I say it year after year
But now it’s time to start believin’ and I’m startin’ it here
My goals are my targets, I’m a dart in the air
I’m gonna hit every one, there ain’t no doubtin’ this year
When everyone cowers down, I have to stand up
And go through all the pain with both of my hands up
I never wanna wonder if what I did was enough
I gotta stay strong through the fight and just keep my head up
Heart of stone and iron, ice blood in my veins
Pushin’ the limits through all the tough times and the pain
No matter what the weather, the heat, wind, or the rain
I have to somehow make sure that my legacy remains
Now I’m findin’ inspiration, and everything I see
Symbolizes something’ greater, makes me think how I could be
What my character is built on, and I’m sure that’s all me
I have the strength over myself to make my mind and body free
One day the pain will be gone, and I won’t have to worry
My work will be finished, but I’ll keep writin’ my story
I’m sure the fame and the recognition will come shortly
