The Concept Lyrics by Dropz (Japan)

SWEET OBLIVION

0

Here’s a concept
Like to swing it by you
Any questions
Wait until we’re finished please
All the kids are getting sick and tired
Hearing the same stories on the t.v
There’s a beast inside of us
There’s a beast inside of us
Waiting for the bus to take you off to school
Get the feeling
The teachers think that you’re a fool
Always pushin’
Always tryin’ to force a point
So at break time
You go and cause a ruckus
There’s a beast insidе of us
There’s a beast insidе of us
And they all tell you
They love and trust you so
But no one notices
When you just up and go
The world’s so cruel but baby
You’ll get by
You’re no one’s fool
Don’t let them close your eyes
Why should you break your back for big brother
Why would you choose judgment over liberty
Make your own rules forget all the others
After all this
Life ain’t very long and
There’s a beast inside of us
There’s a beast inside of us
And it don’t seem fair
The way it goes around
Cos it’s the ones who care
That always let you down
And life’s so cruel
But baby you’ll get by
Forget the rules
Don’t let them close your eyes
In love and hate
They say that all is fair
And in the end
Ah do we really care?
