Excited for fireworks on 4th of July
Catching ladybugs and butterfly's
On our birthday we had a party surprise
Opening gifts on Christmas at sunrise
Leaving milk and cookies out at midnight
We were different people on Halloween in disguise
I remember making peanut butter and jellies
Waking up watching Tom and jerry
It came on Boomerang, I was always ready
Watching Phineas and Ferb man where was perry?
Believe in aliens mermaids ghosts and fairies
Believed in getting money from the tooth fairy
Back then those were the good times
Back when we colored in the lines
Growing up playing Mario getting coins
Watching spongebob get squidward annoyed
I remember all of these things they were special to me
It's a memory it was a blessing to me
Learning things at school was a lesson to me
Hearing things from my mom it was a message to me
