God gave them a chance on account of his grace

Fire and brimstone was the end of their sin

God sends His deliverance through Moses
Who through obedience shows the power of God’s hand

Pharaoh's heart was hardened to reject Him
It was all a part of God’s perfect plan 
The penultimate plague came upon all of them
The destroyer came and killed all the firstborn
Of those who did not heed his forewarn 

In all God’s destruction is mercy
His wonderful works to be seen
Ultimate power and authority are His alone
Of all life and death he is king

Who has wrought desolations in the earth. 
He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth
He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two
He burns the chariots with fire. 
"Cease striving and know that I am God
