Praying and Believing Lyrics by Erica Campbell

Warryn Campbell Presents My Block Inc.

2019

[Verse 1:]
I think it's me that I've been lying to
About what I've been going through
And putting all the blame on You
And I pretend to fix it on my own
Placing myself up on Your throne
I did this to myself and by myself alone
And if I'm honest, I know that my life's been slowly falling under weather
Lord knows
(Chorus)
That I'm praying and believing for healing
Said I'm praying and believing for healing
Said I'm praying and believing for healing
[Verse 2:]
Years go on and days keep floating by
Losing so much more than time
But lives and souls and hopes and people left behind
Boys are growing into angry men
Girls grow up just wondering-
What's really love in life
What do we believe in
But we all know
That this world's been slowly falling under the weather
Lord knows
(Chorus)
That I'm praying and believing for healing
(Every heart and soul, I'll be here)
Said I'm praying and believing for healing
(It came across my mind and I want you to know I'm-)
Said I'm praying (Praying) and believing for healing
[Bridge]
He's the answer, He's the way (The way)
He's the potter, we're the clay
Give us all authority (Authority)
To defeat our enemies
So Father, Father now we pray
Send our healing right away
As we bow down at His feet
Pray for you, you pray for me
Now I want everybody to know that I'm (Praying for you)
Just know that I'm somewhere calling out your name
(Praying for you)
For the lonely, and the broken, and the lost (Praying for you)
And for every mother praying for a child to come home
(Praying for you)
Hallelujah
And for everyone that is sick in your body (Praying for you)
I declare healing right now, I declare peace right now in your mind
(Praying for you)
We need healing in our churches right now (Praying for you)
I declare every chain is broken right now
Chains of addiction, chains of depression
Praying, yeah (Praying for you)
Said I'm praying for power, praying for justice
Praying for victory (Praying for you)
You can do it, Jesus
Help us, Father
Father, Father, Father, Father (Praying for you) woo
Now if My people who are called by My name
Would humble themselves and pray
And seek My face and-
Turn from their wicked ways the Lord
Yes, I'll heal you
Praying and believing for healing
Praying and-
Believing for healing, healing, healing, Lord
Praying and believing for your complete transformation
Complete restoration
Praying and believing for-
Healing
Ooh, ooh
