I’m Trying Lyrics by Ezra Martin

It’s Not Paradise

2020

[Verse 1]
I'm just stuck in my mind
I need someone to call me out
Play me if I hide
I’m weighted by all of the doubt
[Pre-Chorus]
It's all been in my system from this [?] for you
And I can't find somethin’ I ever want to pursue
And all of this condemin' wasn't always by you, by you
[Chorus]
But fuck it I'm trying
So wait a little more
It's just so terrifyin'
So just shut the door
[Verse 2]
I'm waiting for the right time
To let myself go without
But it's a mountain that I can’t climb (Yeah)
The trenches that are laid throughout
[Pre-Chorus]
It’s all been in my system from this [?] for you
And I can't find somethin’ I ever want to pursue
And all of this condemin' wasn't always by you, by you
[Chorus]
But fuck it I'm trying
So wait a little more
It’s just so terrifyin'
So just shut the door
But fuck it I'm trying
So wait a little more
It's just so terrifyin'
So just shut the door
But fuck it I'm trying
So wait a little more
It's just so terrifyin'
So just shut the door
