A New Kind of Hero Lyrics by Flotsam and Jetsam

I Am the Weapon

0

Cape in hand, I'll be ready to help you too
Take my stand, I only speak out for truth
Yeah, oh yeah!
I can see the walls are closing in
Yes, I know death is clawing at your skin
Yeah, oh yeah!
I can feel the loss so hard
It shocks me to the soul
Life will never be the same
Vision darkened from the toll
Superman is gone
Superman is gone
So now I'm gonna fly
Like a bullet through the sky
You can be sure I'm here to save you
You can be sure I'm here to save you
So now I'm flyin' high
Like a bullet in the sky
And you know I'm always here to save you
I've just got some things I've gotta do
I'm gonna need a little time
Feeling like you will never see the rays of the sun
Staring down the barrel of a gun
Yeah, oh yeah!
I can feel the loss so hard
It shocks me to the soul
Life will never be the same
Vision darkened from the toll
Superman is gone
Superman is gone
So now I'm gonna fly
Like a bullet through the sky
You can be sure I'm here to save you
You can be sure I'm here to save you
So now I'm gonna fly
Like a bullet in the sky
And you know I'm always here to save you
I've just got some things I've gotta do
I'm gonna need a little time
I can feel the loss so hard
It shocks me to the soul
Life will never be the same
Vision darkest from the toll
Superman is gone
(Gone, gone, gone)
Superman is gone
(Gone!)
So now I'm gonna fly
Like a bullet through the sky
You can be sure I'm here to save you
You can be sure I'm here to save you
So now I'm gonna fly
Like a bullet through the sky
And you know I'm always here to save you
I've just got some things I've gotta do
I'm gonna need a little time
