Lonely In L.A. Lyrics by Halston Dare

2022

[Verse 1: Halston Dare]
Beautiful and tragic, it's all so trending
Nothing past the plastic, yeah
And all my friends don't work, but they act so busy
Worse than I imagined
[Pre-Chorus: Halston Dare]
And I wish every day
I had someone to hold
In my arms, in my bench
And it needs to go
[Chorus: Halston Dare]
I'm so lonely in L.A. (I know)
West Coast livin' ain't fair
All this rent I gotta pay
For the shitty place that I share
I'm so lonely in L.A. (I know)
And I hear we can up alone
God, make traffic go away
Like the fake friends in my phone
[Post-Chorus: Halston Dare]
I'm so lonely in L.A. (Yeah)
L.A., L.A., L.A
I'm so lonely in L.A
L.A., L.A., L.A
[Verse 2: Lathan Warlick]
Yeah, I'm on the sunny side of town in L.A. with the vibes
Tryna see what I can get into, so who wanna slide?
It ain't all they try to make it out to be in the hills
Ain't no way that you can make it with a 9-to-5
I've been out here tryna figure out what I need to do
Just like I'm at a dead end lookin' kinda confused
The California lifestyle looks so easy to choose
And I don't wanna spend another lonely night in my home
[Chorus: Halston Dare with Lathan Warlick]
I'm so lonely in L.A. (I know)
West Coast livin' ain't fair
All this rent I gotta pay
For the shitty place that I share
I'm so lonely in L.A. (I know)
And I hear we can up alone
God, make traffic go away (God, make traffic go away)
Like the fake friends in my phone (Fake friends in my phone)
[Post-Chorus: Halston Dare]
I'm so lonely in L.A
L.A., L.A., L.A
I'm so lonely in L.A. (L.A.)
L.A., L.A., L.A., yeah
[Bridge: Halston Dare]
I'm so lonely in L.A
I'm so lonely in L.A
I'm so lonely in L.A
I'm so lonely in L.A
[Chorus: Halston Dare, Lathan Warlick & Both]
I'm so lonely in L.A. (I know)
West Coast livin' ain't fair
All this rent I gotta pay
For the shitty place that I share
I'm so lonely in L.A. (I know)
And I hear we can up alone
God, make traffic go away (Straight up)
Like the fake friends in my phone (Fake friends in my phone)
[Post-Chorus: Halston Dare, Lathan Warlick & Both]
I'm so lonely in L.A
L.A., L.A., L.A
I'm so lonely in L.A. (Straight up)
L.A., L.A., L.A., yeah (I'm so lonely in L.A.)
