Background Lyrics by HeebzStreet

Big Dreams

2017

[Hook: HeebzStreet]
Coming from the Background, Background
Use to tell me that I wouldn’t win and left me hanging in the background
Then I put a microphone inside my hand and I ain't never going back now
Riding through the city cops pull me over tryna get a pat down
Tryna put me in the cuffs so my life fade away into the background
Man it’s hard not to feel invisible coming from the background
Said it’s hard not to feel invisible coming from the background, background, background
[Verse 1: HeebzStreet]
This a story about a youngin’ muthafucka coming straight up out the background
They wasn’t ever looking at him but I bet they never looking past now
Rapping in my blood and I know it so I went and got a tat now
Went and got a tat
Put me on stage, give me the dough
Show me the way, god I’ma go
Come to their state and they come to my shows
Just so that they could hear how the kid blow
Look to the sky I’m with the stars
I’ll get up high; I’ll be on mars
I got that drive; I don’t mean cars
It’s homicide; I’m killing them bars, killing them bars
Am I ever gonna get over that feeling people can’t see me(x4)
[Hook]
[Verse 2: HeebzStreet]
Had me staying up and overthinking, drinking Hennessey until I pass out
Had me feeling like I want to run up on a hater bust a cap out
But my life is getting better and I’m happy I don’t even got to act now
I don’t even got to act now, god damn
Will they remember me when I am gone
Refusing to live out my life by the psalms
This game is cut throat got the knife in my palm
I’m just hoping you decipher the bombs
Tryna do good but I’m writing my wrongs
But I guess that it’s good I do right by the song
I guess that it’s good I do right by the song
Swear that I’m tryna do right
Am I ever gonna get over that feeling people can’t see me(x4)
[Hook]
Am I ever gonna get over that feeling people can’t see me(x4)
