In the blood of a thousand angels

Shined with a bright light
Unnatural to their counterparts
Just as I prepare to fight the fury inside
Is suddenly quenched
The fleeting emotions of loss flicker within me
In the blood mist she fought
Slicing through angel and demon alike
Standing there, her naked body gleamed through the dark skies
A primal urge grew from within, admiring her beauty
Her glowing form displayed a curved devilish fury
It proclaimed a dark sensuality a black embrace
Like liquid pools of ether
Drawing you in and engulfing you
She screamed with a malevolent beauty
A piercing blood-curdling cry of anger and sadness
Decapitating the foe intent on her death
The foolish one, was greatly mistaken
Its head fell into oblivion
As a coiled tongue emerged between blood-red voluptuous lips
Licking the blood from the air
Savoring the kill
She turned
As I stood in front of the pearly gates
