No matter what part we think we fit or how high we think we are

The power and conceived creativity of those above us
Every person we need to love
Helplessly pinned by this system of control
By the media, by the government, by the militarized
The economization of the things we own
The things we hope for
The things we think
The things we know
Pinned, helpless, and feeble as if oily
Savvy muscles are torn from our bones
Pray, pray
So we try to outguess each other
Staying ahead, succeeding the system we think we comprehend
A prick of light to pin our hopes to
Those are then been dashed
The mercury walls where our mind is stopped
Left to perceive these walls with a god-like celestial fortune
Spinning all around our floating, pneumatic egos
Those egos only connecting with one another
Out of a perceived understanding of superiority
To the other around them on some
