Out To Get Rich Lyrics by Jake The Flake

Out 2 Get Rich: The Album

0

[INTRO: SHOESTRING]
What's up?
It's the cop killer, Shoestring
Down with the fucking Jake The Flake
You want some dope, fiends?
Get your flake from Jake
What's up Jake?
Kick some shit, G
[VERSE 1: JAKE THE FLAKE]
Deep in the ghetto lives a killer named Jake
Booming low key
Selling weight of Peruvian Flake
Copped me a half at the age of ten
Went down on Dayton and boomed my yey
Then I re-copped again
And now I got something chronics can't live without
Got them up with (Durkee?) and we opened up a weight house
Business was booming 24-motherfucking-7
Have some in 550 and them hoes in 411
Booming more yey than the average nigga should
Bought me a Fleetwood
Four 15s, and a Kenwood
And now I'm living off my hustle
Nigga, Jakey ain't going to scuffle
My cousin Roachie is my muscle
A young paid ass Barry White
I kept my game tight
Slept with about three bitches every fucking night
Off of Dayton, out of Flint
Caught in the clinch
A young nigga named Jake
Out to get rich
[HOOK]
Boys in the hood are always hard
36 is what I'm copping
(x4)
[VERSE 2: JAKE THE FLAKE]
1st of the month, I'm on my way to my dope house
Copping keys and making Gs is all I could think about
I bent the corner
Vice cars all on the grass
My spot was hit
I said "Oh shit I got to get their ass"
Walked past the crib
And peeped the scene out real slow
The cop that did that shit
Won't do this type of shit no mo'
I took a loss, I took a loss
I took a big loss
But I ain't worried about shit
Cause I'm my own boss
Come to find out my llello spot was hit by Green
Well known vice cop/bitch/crack fiend
I'm going to kill him and you can tell him
I should have killed his monkey ass
When he was staying on McClellan
But I didn't, I let him get away
So I'm like a hunter
That bitch Green is my prey
When I find him I'm going to kill that bitch
For fucking up my establishment
When I'm out to get rich
[HOOK]
[VERSE 3: JAKE THE FLAKE]
Riding through my hood
Paranoid, about four deep
All was on my mind was putting punk ass Green to sleep
Not for a night but forever
I'm smoking tree and getting ooted
Now I'm feeling kind of clever
Rolled by Dayton
Kendall and Green was on the shakedown
The raid was damn near over
They was on their way back downtown
Pulled to the stop sign then he stopped
The red beam hit his head
I popped
And that's when Kendall screamed
The red beam hit him next
The same thing
Two crooked cops lie dead
With bullets in their heads
For some shit that Harlon did
They should have known how I was cut
But they didn't know
So they he straight fucked up
But that's what them hoes get
For fucking up my profit
When I'm out to get rich
[HOOK]
Boys in the hood are always hard
Jake...Jake...Jake is my name
Boys in the hood are always hard
Jake...Jake...Jake is my name
Boys...boys...boys
36 is what I'm copping
Jake...Jake...Jake...Jake...Jake...Jake
Jake is my name
(repeats)
