By the fist in my face of a long drug addict
With my head through wall, I was then looking tired
And I said "You're no good, you must wait till low tide

So I went to a shack, I was running so fast
A woman so ugly was waiting within
She stirred a duck soup, watching me with a grin
Was she made out of wood? Was she floating or what?
She sure was a witch so I left like a rat

And then I was exhausted, I was just a big ache
I met a white dog, but he was black and blue
So I happened to ask "Oh, what have you been through?"
He was staring at me, I was feeling confused
But he couldn't answer, he sure had been misused

With the eyes and the smile and the breast and the hair
Of a goddess in bloom who could laugh like the air
