That night never came and now you've changed

Maybe even you yourself don't really know
And so you've got to go and seek it on your own
I hope that you finally find your family and your home
Tried my best to be them for you
But you'd rather be alone

I have a ring, could have been yours to wear and love
Used to be my grandmother's
Now it's just collecting dust
