Fled the scene and left the body for holy men
The case was only open 7 days before it closed for him
Stood before the judge cuffs kept his hands from opening
Knowing that he's never gonna step inside his home again
Freedom is something that this brotha will never know again
25 to life is a sentence written for broken men
But he was only 10, there's simply no defense
And there was no suspense the jury had no intent
Of giving him his free, in his attempts to be something
That he was not pretending ends in grief
