NEW CUT Lyrics by Johnny Silverhams

2023

[Verse 1]
Ice Tea Beats got all the ones I need
I be laying down some bars and I'm rapping it with speed
But I ain't actually rapping all my songs with Speed
I'd love to do that but I ain't where I wanna be
Cater Thoas got bars and nobody knows
I be hanging with these people that dunno how it goes
Whipping out a camera and my boys hit that pose
I've always been on top, I've never had no lows
[Chorus]
Got a new cut, got me feelin' like a new man
Finish up the album, I don't know what to do man
Calling me some heat, know this is true man
Droppin' money on these beats, nothin' to lose man
I be iced out, plastic rings got me cooling
Dropping off my album with all these songs I'm brewing
Drop a music video, hundred people viewing
Know that number small but the knowledge I'm pursuing
[Verse 2]
Snip, snip, snip, cutting off the hairs
See some sick pants, buy a couple pairs
If these people think I'm bad, why should I care
I got better songs than they'll ever share
When I'm hopping on these songs I try to stay on beat
Hopping in the car and I'm pushing back my seat
Standing at the door for all my guests to greet
Then I go make my music videos on the street
Scrapped another verse cause I just didn't like it
Could've been fire but my skill couldn't hike it
If I drop this album probably gonna be my last
Just because I'm getting bored, not cause I'm making trash
