Yeah there’s been a lot of dark times in my life but I hope I found a way for yall to like it

Cuz me and the homies we was always chilling in the attic
Drinking boose and getting lose so we wasn’t shy with the rapping
More like them kids from the Chi we was tryna make it happen
I remember spitting in a rockband mic
Me and my homies we been up for like 5 straight nights
Then Vinny came up with the acronym for life and since then man nothing been the same
Cuz I been living everyday just doing what I wanna do
A youngin Started skippin school just working on his art
At first I didn’t care, maybe something in air had me not seeing the bigger picture swear I wasn’t there
The school even asked my homies is if ive gone missing
They said nah he just at Mac working on his religion
Said he couldn't any longer and didn't care if he passed shit
Cuz you can't grade a youngin who can reach the masses
