Film Cut Lyrics by Joseph Idoko

Senior

0

[Verse 1]
Throughout life, I've experienced some harder days
But I'll prosper that's word to my father's grave
So every ounce of me making me what I'm bound to be
Gotta reassure that he's happy while looking down on me
His grandkids will count on me, and know what your story is
And have the education to know that your name was glorious
The heart of the warriors, diseases made it weaker
But the spirit will live on of the Junior from the Senior
Sometimes I look at life, like what's happening here
And asking will I make a difference with my rapping career
I back up and steer accelerate my raps in my ear
And fast forward through depression and the madness and tears
And visualize all my emotions as I grab all the fears
And throw them right inside the ocean and as I dash by the pier
And look at all the individuals who laughed and they stared
And park my body by the building feel the absence of air
I'm never falling I'll be rising till I'm part of the dust
And use the power that Nature always deposits in us
And fast forward through the money in my pocket and lust
And make sure that my legacy is prophecies touched
By historians
And the microphone that I'm recording in
Is collected and gathered to help recover my origins
Identify his father whose life the boy was important in
Relate to the successful elements that started pouring in
It's crazy
Pop into the action like the 80s
I went from 8d, to averaging the 80s
I'm Taking over everything after the zero A.D
Killing as a rookie like Bryant but not the Aidy
That's enough that, I'm not gonna get into wordplay
I'm just tryna focus into what all of my words say
Rapping since the 5th grade, poet since the third grade
Had a prophecy since 1998 the first day
That I was on the earth and I've been murdering it every since
Made Junior as a warning sign they didn't get the hints
Remember when I went by the alias of a clever prince
I'ma be a clever king when I'm getting my dentures rinsed
People stay caught up in the misconception of why I rap
Never knowing that deep depression inspired that
So now I have a new legacy in my tire tracks
But still not there, people asking why is that
Because forget money, I wanna change the earth
So the title of a prince is J the 3rd place of birth
Never poverty stricken I hope his soul evades the curse
And never having a doubt that his spirit placement is first
And make the best enviorment for him and my wife
To take care of him when I reach the tip of a syth
I'll treat you the way my dad did as precise
As a strong young man till the end of my life
But as of now, Looking basic got a different job
Education and dedication and never facing a different cause
Help my mother through rain and thunder when when pain and hunger gets into ours
My squads already at high trajectory all eventually all gone fall
But I'll remember these awful memories all because of my condition
I was officially the epitome of what physically could go wrong
But now my legacy's on a destiny flying up to the bright blue stars
I Love my family all my brothers and all my friends and my niggas Ah
