Hardtimes Lyrics by Rambo (UK)

2012

[Verse 1: JUDGE]
I watch money change hip hop
Nowadays all niggas rap about is all the shit that they hip bought
The average nigga ain't riding spinners
They trying to hustle in the hood so they can buy they dinner
What ever happened to the streets
Niggas use to spit real life shit laced over top of beats
Now its all about mansions and trips over seas
Dubs, diamonds, and thousand dollar trees
And it just sounds silly
If you ever spent your last on a dime bag and a couple phillies
But I ain't trying to hate
Its all good if a nigga got food piled up on his plate
But don't forget most cats is poor
Why spend my cheese just to hear you talk about yours
Especially if I get mine by kicking down doors
Running streets with weed and a four come on yall its hard times
[Hook : MONA]
When hard times come to pass you gotta keep your head up
Straight up to the sky, open your eyes
Open your eyes wide and look around you
Yes its so true that people go through
What you go through, your not alone
No, no, no, no, your not alone
[Verse 2: RAMBO]
This world is all lies, black clouds and hard times
Trying to ditch the rain
No hope for the kids today
The street teach how to pitch the cane
And run around with a pistol aimed
At any man trying to get your chain
Shits crazy, but its the game
That's why I hit the haze
And roll Vegs in a different way
But my spliff the same, as any blunt from a distant place
Keep a gun tucked just in case
Any young buck trying to rush my place
I'll have a shell run up your face
I don't fuck with fakes
Real recognize this
Recognize Bakdraff every rhyme hits
Like a spliff or a four fifth
To rich from poorest
We came from garbage, hood rich from problems
Now its beats to concerts
Bakdraff
[Hook: MONA]
