Don’t Text Me On My Birthday Lyrics by Kane Lacey

2025

Don't text me on my birthday
I don't want you on my mind
There's nothing that you could say
Cause I remember what you said last time
Your words meant nothing
Its a shame its not a surprise
I never knew you were bluffing
I guess playing with my heart was the prize
(well done, you won)
Can you tell me all your secrets?
How did you make me just believe it?
It's cause you knew I wasn't leaving
You took advantage
I hope it makes you feel uncomfortable
Knowing that you did me so wrong
Why would you send me somеthing like that?
Knowing that i'd crack, i'd come running back to you
I stood still while you movеd ahead
Now you're in someone elses bed
I hope he chews you up and spits you out
Don't text me on my birthday
I don't want you on my mind
There's nothing that you could say
Cause I remember what you said last time
Your words meant nothing
Its a shame its not a surprise
I never knew you were bluffing
I guess playing with my heart was the prize
So you find yourself
Realising you messed up
I hope it hits you hard that you lost your sweet boy
I'll walk this path you paved
I'll wear my finest shoes
I hope you understand that you lost your sweet boy
Don't text me on my birthday
I don't want you on my mind
There's nothing that you could say
Cause I remember what you said last time
Your words meant nothing
Its a shame its not a surprise
I never knew you were bluffing
I guess playing with my heart was the prize
