Band Introductions - Live From John Peel Public Session On BBC Radio 1 / 1998 Lyrics by R.E.M.

R.E.M. at the BBC

2018

Thank you a lot
I'm gonna take a moment to introduce the people that are onstage with us for those of you that can't see us
(Let's see)
Starting, uh, in the back on the keyboards (for this song, uh) who was with us on the 1995 tour, and has worked with us a great deal in the studio, uh, Mister Scott McCloy.
And standing on the bass guitar, Mister Ken Stringfellow
Sitting in probably the most difficult seat in the house, Mister Joey Waronker on drums
And joining us on stage, uh, for this song (is that called a pedal steel?) lap steel, pardon my ignorance (I'm the singer, uh) Mister B. J. Cole
