Soon As I Get Home Lyrics by Ken

2015

[Intro Hook Faith Evans Sample] Long as I get home I'll make it up to you Baby, I'll do what I gotta do
X2
[Verse: 1 Ken]
Damn..
Been gone now I'm back
Off my 9-5 going 95 but my name ain't even Matt
Hold Up..
Pray to god I don't smack i ain't really got the time to relax or the time to relapse niggas tired man they wish they could collapse
Cause a nigga bout to get some that's a fact
I ain't trippin bout the problems that I get while I'm dealing with you
I rather worry bout what we getting into
To feel that cat grip when a nigga all up in it
Do you think I really care if you feeling me too
I killed it like Suge not afraid to admit it
Don't start acting childish or we need provision
I see before I even finished
Like Madden 06 you know that yo boy got QB vision
But let me say it first
Are we tryna build something
Could this shit even work
I learned a lot from my past you should always stay alert
Yea..
In my head I rather play yo ass before I get hurt yea before I get hurt
That's the problem with this generation
We don't want to get too involved
Cause we left with feelings but we really can't kill em off
Denying that you loved him
To impress another brother
But you really fucking loved him
Swear to god man I seen it all
But that ain't my business
The next day I don't even call
You think Ima chase you
But that's for niggas that Tryna fall
If you ain't making no effort
Don't waste my fucking time and money
Cause I'm not trying to be too involved straight up
Long ass I get home...
We can do something if you in for the night
I ain't even Trippin if it's really out of spite
I just wanna chill ain't really Tryna fight
Do we see eye to eye or is it really outta sight
Girl tell me wassup
Yea...
Girl tell me wassup
