Whenever you're feeling down you can get back up get yourself out the muck I know times are hard right now and they don't seem to be getting any better but you can recover from this and become even better you've just gotta believe don't let negativity take ovеr or deceive I know you'vе got it in you to achieve when stuff seems bleak find the light and hold on do whatever you need to do to remain strong never turn to self harm, drugs, alcohol or smoking they won't help you they'll make things worse they may seem like they make things better when you're at you're worse but in reality they cause more pain so what I need you to do instead is open up to the people around you start creating future plans and being happy you're still breathing set yourself little weekly goals and achieve them make everyone proud including yourself and slowly try to beat you're battle with mental health you've got so much potential you are ever so strong you just need to believe it when stuff gets dark and see the light you're a shining star you can lead the sky you don't always have to be lonely or isolate yourself give yourself some praise, credit and love whatever you are going through you can make it through god wouldn't place you here if he couldn't see potential in you find go chase ya dreams I know you can do it you just need to believe don't be so harsh on yourself there's no need at least you are trying and that's all what matters you've got friends and family that care people that love you and wanna be there let them in don't push them away you can be successful and achieve in you're own way don't think cause you didn't get fame or a big name that you aren't doing great success comes in all shapes and forms just be glad you have the talent and that you still keep up it doesn't matter if you ain't the best just keep trying and you'll get somewhere you're doing an amazing job and you should be proud cause no matter what you've been through you've always managed hold it down big or small you've found you're way keep walking you're path and setting up you're displays never give up when stuff gets tough hold you're head up high you can be anything you wanna be and make yaself proud just ignore the mental health when it tries to knock ya down turn ya frowns into smiles smiles into laughs start trying to think positive and enjoy what you've got you've got a lot of life left to live and you won't feel like this all the time give yaself a chance its not like you don't deserve it and any type of success you reach you along the way deserve it life ain't always gunna be perfect there's gunna be ups, downs, love, hate, and a whole lot more but never stop shooting till you score you are way better than mental health you just have to be patient you can beat it overtime just don't become inpatient time heals all wounds just don't keep looking back at the past focus on the present makes plans for the future and advance
