Santa Claus is coming (for your favourite KOM) Lyrics by Killow

2023

[Verse 1]
Christmas morning, but I'm mourning
Only my lost KOM
Kids are calling, hear the door ring
But I won't be answering
There's a noise inside my chimney
I can feel the rage within me
Old man, what have you done?
[Chorus]
Santa Claus might come to town
But that prick won't take my Strava crowns
I'm a peaceful guy but I draw the line
At using reindeer speeding by record times
Now the tree is lit and the driveway's white
But I'm inside flagging suspicious rides, yeah
Capitalist grandpa and his magic sleigh
Are getting their arses kicked on Christmas day
[Verse 2]
Christmas evening, family's leaving
Hello, customer support?
There's this guy I think is cheating
And I'd love to hear your thoughts
I'm aware that this sounds crazy
But he flies a magic sleigh
Which is powered by some reindeers
And I doubt that that's okay
[Chorus]
Santa Claus might come to town
But that prick won't take my Strava crowns
I'm a peaceful guy but I draw the line
At using reindeer speeding by record times
Now the tree is lit and the driveway's white
But I'm inside flagging suspicious rides, yeah
Capitalist grandpa and his magic sleigh
Are getting their arses kicked on Christmas day
[Outro]
All I want under my tree was KOM equality
I spent two days on support hotlines
And now my wife and kids hate me
If I could give you one advice
It's that on holidays, maybe
Don't start a beef with an invention
Of Coca-Cola company
