Comeback Lyrics by King Ascension

2020

[Intro]
It's King Ascension
I'm back mother fuckers
While you're out there chasing that short term success
I've been grinding behind the scenes chasing the long term
[Verse 1]
It's the King Ascension I'm back
Oh wait did I have a rest?
My souls skills still never lacks
That's something I had possessed
Can still handle the flack/flak
Thank God that I have a vest
Coz when I Harry Truman the scene
You'll get cardiac arrest
Coz when I rap it's like Christmas
You're eager to have a peek
Just like a hard junkie on pingers
I'm not even at my peak
Got heavy flows, when I creep
I bet you would hear the creek/creak
I treat my beats like it's a fiend
Coz it only needs a tweak
I'm back rapping I rap rappers like bad adders
I'm that haggard I'll hack hackers with mad daggers
Packed with acid for crack rackers to tap chakras
If that matters combat that or just clap arid
I'm throwing you into a rapid and pulling a rabbit right out of my hat
Battling me is a hazard I'm leaving you tattered/tatted with ink from my pad
Give me the crown I been holding it down like a magnet I seem to attract
Nothing but frowns and a little renown from my sound so we'll leave it at that
[Hook]
This is my comeback scumbag watch me fucking run rap
Thumbtacks hitting a balloon when I bust tracks
Trust lad I'll be making everyone listen
When I come into the scene you better pay your commission
[Verse 2]
This is my comeback
Now it's time for the next phase
I've walked on thumbtacks
All my life trying to get praised
I've never had one stack
But I bet I will get paid
I'm making them moves that's
Gonna put you in checkmate
So check mate I got bars
Think you need to go check the pressure
Debt collectors playing their cards
Really hoping they get the treasure
Begging to get the pleasure but nah
When they're coming I get the spectre
Leaving them haunted checking my clips
Reload and they fled the sector
I box boxers in locked coffins or pass the parcel
I'm not stopping I lost often like grunts in marvel
No cop bashing but box officers/offices hearts will startle
That's what'l happen my Glock's cocking with bars like Marshal
You better be moving I'm making my way up
And like an insomniac I'm gonna stay up
You better believe it this shit is not made up
Like tales you're telling I'm leaving a crater
Wait up, when it's coming to rapping you know that I'm greater
You fear for the moment I'm grabbing the paper
Like bad report cards, I just turned you to vapour
[Hook]
This is my comeback scumbag watch me fucking run rap
Thumbtacks hitting a balloon when I bust tracks
Trust lad I'll be making everyone listen
When I come into the scene you better pay your commission
[Outro]
Yeah
Make sure you catch the alter ego EP
Dropping late March early April
