I liked them before, but this is when it would begin

My only best friend was my obsession
I swear I saw that movie four hundred times
I collected all the books on dinosaurs I could find
I had a crush on Ellie Sattler; Malcolm was the man!
Soundtrack bumping, got the album in my hand
And the trading cards, chocolate bars with the JP logo
Made the Park out of Lego, "mum, come and take a photo!"
I learned to draw them all and I memorized some names
And I know I'm not the only one, plenty lives had changed
But I'm hooked, got my dinosaur books in my backpack

And everybody knows Jurassic Park's a classic
