Somebody with dementia any particular Alzheimer's disease these pathways will be severally interrupted and what's happening is where there'll be a normal healthy pathway too store or retrieve inflation elements of this pathway are lost and the cells are not working as well as they should so therefore when we try and store information the ability too store it may be lost and therefore when we kept also when we come to retrieve that information we may not be able to store it properly or we that just maybe able to access that information
