Level Up Lyrics by King Lyriq

2018

(Hook)
Yeah we had to
Level Up
Came here just to
Level Up
Told em that we
Blowing up
They ain't even
Notice us
Until we had to
Level Up, Level Up, Level Up, Level Up
Until we had to
Level Up, Level Up, Level Up, Level Up
(Verse 1)
They say my music lit
Praise to God
We killing all these stages, playing like C.O.D
I'm unashamed, we living this life, they saying we odd
I'm just an image, of the one, who carries the rod
You say we don't belong
He say we bout to rise
You say we ain't nothing
He say we purified
We speak the full truth
Y'all boys just tellin lies
We some trendsetters, and young kings up in disguise
Paint pictures, while im on my mission
I see the light, up in the distance
Changing up this generation, yeah i saw it in my vision
They saying we somethin different
Tellin us we'll never get it
Going in, with 1.1.6
On the path, straight to the finish
We just some hot boys
Chef Curry with the pot, let it rock boy
K.L, NYO, Leveled up now
11 straight up on my jersey, scoring touchdowns
(Hook)
Yeah we had to
Level Up
Came here just to
Level Up
Told em that we
Blowing up
They ain't even
Notice us
Until we had to
Level Up, Level Up, Level Up, Level Up
Until we had to
Level Up, Level Up, Level Up, Level Up
(Verse 2)
Slow it down, so y'all can see the picture
New rappers talkin bout all the drugs and the liquor
How they richer
Than those who stay true, i beg to differ
When you see me, just i came in, to make it bigger
Now we stuntin on grind
My parents told me keep going, stay in line
The path to greatness, where I'm going
No decline
NYO they my shooters, not a nine
Yeah
L.Y.R.I.Q
Was 13 started in my room
Writing songs in a notebook
Now it's every week that I'm in the booth
Got God wit me, cuz he's the Truth
Team here, and we never lose
On a misson to be the best
Got 2 paths, so I gotta choose
(Hook)
Yeah we had to
Level Up
Came here just to
Level Up
Told em that we
Blowing up
They ain't even
Notice us
Until we had to
Level Up, Level Up, Level Up, Level Up
Until we had to
Level Up, Level Up, Level Up, Level Up
