Sitting Under the Stars Lyrics by Kourtlen Allen

Scarlet Macaw

2022

[Chorus]
Sitting outside looking up at the stars
Thinking about how this is life How it's not so hard
It take time It take love and it take some Heart
Just take your time do your purpose do your part
Sitting outside looking up at the stars
Thinking about how we came so far
Thinking about how I can't stop gotta grow
Thinking about how I can't stop gotta Go
{Verse 1]
I rather send some love around the Globe
Don't get inside a box, inside a globe
I'm young inside my soul this feeling's never getting old
No, No
Take your Time don't you know that this time is never old
Take your Time don't you know that this time is nevеr old
If you have a dream you just have to walk about bold
Always takе your time and smile don't you know
We never know, but we can make it through them lows
And we can just have some fun nobody or a rookie or pro
I take my time I have to grow
It's like green light I have to Go
Rather have some fun forever living my life I have to flow
Take your time don't you know that you can light up like a star
You're just different when I looked inside you I could see your heart
Don't you know we're just trying not yea, yea, yea, yea
Everybody trying to hit some targets like they throwing darts
But Im just having fun this is something different
I don't like all the splitting like the 90s parts
This is something different
Rather grow and keep on going with my instinct and my intuition
This is a good feeling
Keep on going, love forever just keep living
[Chorus]
Sitting outside looking up at the stars
Thinking about how this is life How it's not so hard
It take time It take love and it take some Heart
Just take your time do your purpose do your part
Sitting outside looking up at the stars
Thinking about how we came so far
Thinking about how I can't stop gotta grow
Thinking about how I can't stop gotta Go (x2)
