Amnesia Lyrics by Kristinia DeBarge

Thinkin Out Loud - EP

2016

[Verse 1]
Wanna be all that, but yet (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
You don't wanna catch the blowback one time (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
You tried to treat it like a throwback for me (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
That's how you used to be so bad for me (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
[Pre-Chorus]
You got me throwed
Ooh, boy you trying me
All in my phone
Texting a side piece
Now you cut off
How's life without me?
Wish I could take it back
To when you was my homie
Cause now I be like...
[Chorus]
(Oh, oh, oh-oh)
I don’t, I don't know you no more
I don’t, I don't know you no more
(Oh, oh, oh-oh)
It's like I got amnesia every time I see you
(Oh, oh, oh-oh)
I don’t, I don't know you no more
I don’t, I don't know you no more
(Oh, oh, oh-oh)
It's like I got amnesia every time I see you
[Verse 2]
What's up with the clingy shit on me? (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
You got caught up in your feelings quick on me (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
And I tried, and I tried
It was fun for that time
Now you cut off my line
You lied, yeah you lied
Said you was built for this life
Boy, you ain't bout that life
[Pre-Chorus]
You got me throwed
Ooh, boy you trying me
All in my phone
Texting a side piece
Now you cut off
How's life without me?
Wish I could take it back
To when you was my homie
Cause now I be like…
It's like I got amnesia every time I see you
[Bridge]
Doing too much running red lights (Oh whoa)
You don’t get the picture, like a black light (Oh whoa)
If you would just be easy, we’d be alright (Yeah)
Alright, we’d be alright
I was really hoping it would be you
I put them other niggas in my rearview mirror
But now (Now)
Every time I see you it’s like I got amnesia
[Chorus]
(Oh, oh, oh-oh) Oh whoa...
