Believing in heavens forsaking our roots
With no more than our own ego to look up to
Living “purposely” reducing free will to blind reverence
Abjuring their reason without any trace of regret
Buying the senseless story of the original sin
The apex of all lies glorified as god’s will
Slowly astray becoming prototypically blind
Distorting reality into a moral scheme within your mind
Nailed by fear of religious establishment
That imposes man-made gods into our minds
No respect and desecration of its own origin
Power and control over others in the name of the machine, their agenda disguised as good will
Insatiable thirst for restraining more and more, a hand suffocating you to oblivion
Total domination to elimination as never seen before
It is hard to know if any good will come from this
By aiming to heaven–the bottomless abyss
We’re paving bigotry for generations to come
With no regret until all trace of life is gone
Until the last breath of life is gone
Slowly astray becoming prototypically blind
