Love of Some Kind Lyrics by Lipstick Generation

Lipstick II

2017

I love because I love
Because love is beautiful
And kind
And sweet
And tender
I love because love is beautiful
And I love
Because
There is you
I've spent my days on a long and lonesome road
Searching for a place to call home
I made myself smart, I made myself strong
And all my faith in love was completely gone
You came into my life when I was frozen blue
It was casual at first, it felt like nothing new
I found I'd never felt like this before
Wanting a little and then wanting a little more
And I made so many mistakes along the way
Hiding behind a smile waiting to be saved
Then you came into my life
Like the sun on a rainy day
I don't know what it is
I just know what I feel
I don't know what to say
I just pray that it's real
I don't know what to do
I must be losing my mind
I don't know what it is
It must be love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
You love the flowers and gifts I give to you
And you still love me despite the stupid things I do
Despite all my mistakes you still feel love for me
My heart was locked but you're the one who found the ki
And I made so many mistakes along the way
Hiding behind a smile waiting to be saved
Then you came into my life
Like the sun on a rainy day
I don't know what it is
I just know what I feel
I don't know what to say
I just pray that it's real
I don't know what to do
I must be losing my mind
I don't know what it is
It must be love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
You've seen inside my entire soul
You've seen my darkness and scars and seen me lose control
Despite my flaws you still feel love for me
Amanda, I love you
Will you marry me
I know what it is
I know what I feel
I know to say
I know that it's real
I know what to do
I'm not losing my mind
I know what it is
It must be love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
Love of some kind
