Dawn of Genesis Lyrics by Luthernist

As The World Turns

2020

Verse 1]
January 27th...Dawn of Genesis, a brand new beginning of a new chapter in my life, flip open to a brand new page....listen
This is my story about putting the pen to paper, hours of observing the world going through changes, years of finding my purpose and befriending the holy and most sacred - my God, what I give to you is from my heart, what I bring to you was from the heart, what I sing to you was a voice either in pain, searching for happiness or a reason to find my purpose as a slave, to you...I bring my soul, mind and power, the Sanctity of Life and hunger I devour, from the pits of my voice I shall continue to speak the truth and continue to send my message to you...rejoice my peace! Let us send our prayers to the ones up in the clouds, don't waste your tears they're safe and sound!
This is more than a story, this is about your worth, know your purpose, find yourself on this earth...
And lastly
[Bridge]
(feet planted to the ground)
(As the world turns)
(feet planted to the ground)
(As the world turns)
And lastly...
(feet planted to the ground)
(As the world turns)
(feet planted to the ground)
(As the world turns)
[Verse 2]
The stories of my troubles and tribulations, listen to my declaration, years of suffer' and pain - still striving the game, dying to change, my name gaining weight, faith adapts as my soul dilates, witness the progression from these tracks, as the world turns and I ain't goin' back
[Verse 3]
Some of you don't appreciate the message I'd be sending and I can see it from your eyes and facial expression, Peep this, peep what I'm sayin', Peep the way you feel whilst listening to record, I spent hours asking God my purpose on earth and value in life, hours in the studio and sleepless nights, perfecting my lyrics wondering if the generation would understand my message, I'm not your regular type, generic rapper, average joe - I'm just a human being telling you my stories, my pain, people's pain and experience, no - I do not rap about clothes, hoes and money - I rap about shit that hits that hits the fan and when shit hits the fan will you believe or retreat? I know too many fake people calling themselves real behind a screen, I know too many fake people who desire street credibility...life is more than juice, life is more than numbers and likes, find your motivation in this life...Dawn of Genesis, the blueprint of a brand new beginning, know your worth and your soul on this earth, no man was a waste or a mistake
