Out of My Hands Lyrics by Mallary Hope

Out of My Hands

2019

[Verse 1]
I wanted what I wanted and I planned what I had planned
But a kingdom starts to crumble when it's only built on sand
It took the fire, it took the fall for me to finally know
That everything is better when it's out of my control
[Chorus]
It's out of my hands, I'm letting it go
I surrender, I surrender
Jesus lead me down this road
Whatever Your will, whatever Your plan
I surrender, I surrender
Oh, everything I am
It's out of my hands
It's out of my hands
[Verse 2]
Take the best and worst of me and use it for Your good
Write a better story than my own pen ever could
Lead me to the mountaintop and through the valley low
I will not fear 'cause everywhere You're with me there, I know
[Chorus]
It's out of my hands, I'm letting it go
I surrender, I surrender
Jesus lead me down this road
Whatever Your will, whatever Your plan
I surrender, I surrender
Oh, everything I am
It's out of my hands
[Bridge]
Out of my hands, into Your heart
Out of the past into a second start
Out of this fear, out of this fight
Into Your love, into Your light
Out of my hands
It's out of my hands
[Chorus]
It's out of my hands, I'm letting it go
I surrender, I surrender
Jesus lead me down this road
Whatever Your will, whatever Your plan
I surrender, I surrender
Oh, everything I am
It's out of my hands
It's out of my hands
Oh, it's out of my hands
It's out of my hands
