Is it morning or is it evening? Does it even matter? For whatever reason, my dream is jolted and I'm sprung to a new field of consciousness. It may take a little to look alive but I'll get there eventually. Keep my eyes in the dark for a minute since I'm not quite adjusted. What lies in front of me? Only time will tell. I hope whatever is ahead of me is worth the time it took out of my day. Fill the mug to the top and let its content course through me. It may hurt my stomach but this is what I'm supposed to do right? I mean it's what everyone does, I think. We'll let me sip and mean mug while no one is around. Is this the start of something productive or will this be the catalyst for something maddening? Could both options come in tandem or be a one-two punch of sorts? I guess that depends on how they arrive. I guess we have that in common, even if I don't want to acknowledge it. The real question is "How necessary is all of this?". I understand to a degree but some people take it overboard. I've done it both ways like "people who aren't boring" I wonder if all of the posturing and photo ops are needed but I see them none the less at times. I scratch my head and shrug, I don't know. I may never know. Heck, it's a good day if I know which way is up. I'm just kind of here waiting to warm up to whatever is in front of me. Now isn't the time to show anything because simply put, there isn't anything to show.
